This year we honored those who perished in the attack on the World Trade Center with a motorcycle escorted parade carrying a piece of steel from the towers. They went from New York to Fort Benning in Georgia. Many fire companies greeted them at the over passes over interstate 287. It was a cold rainy day but the turnout was still great.
